Specialty: Psychiatric Medication Management / Therapy Services

Psychiatric Medication Management involves the careful and comprehensive oversight of medications prescribed to individuals with mental health conditions. This process typically includes prescribing appropriate medications, monitoring their effectiveness, adjusting dosages as needed, managing potential side effects, and providing ongoing support and education. The goal of psychiatric medication management is to optimize the therapeutic benefits of medications while minimizing risks and promoting overall well-being and recovery.

My therapeutic approach stems from a combination of psychodynamic propositions that suggest our behaviors are guided unconciously by previous experiences that occur throughout our lives. We go through a process of discovery and apply relational therapy to elucidate the impact of early and current relationships on your sense of self and wellbeing. In this manner we are able to identify and understand the patterns in your behavior that may no longer be beneficial or maybe causing turmoil or anxiety in interpersonal or professional relationships.
